Terms and Conditions: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with purchases between October 15, 2002 and April 17,
2003 of the Toshiba Pocket PC e335 (part #PD330U-00001R) by an end user customer (“End User”). Other offers or
rebates: This rebate may not be combined, and is not valid in conjunction with, any other Toshiba offers or rebates
for the same products, unless specified otherwise by Toshiba. Eligible participants: To qualify for this rebate,
End User must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product(s)
may participate. Toshiba distributors, resellers, and employees of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. are ineligible
for this rebate. The rebate check must be presented for payment within the period specified on the check (or 120 days from
the date of the check if not specified). If not presented in time, the check will be void and the rebate unavailable. End
User must keep copies of all materials sent. Materials received become the property of Toshiba and will not be returned.

Restrictions: Only one rebate per qualifying purchase and limit one rebate per household. Valid while supplies last

not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Notices and disclaimers: Toshiba reserves the
right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. If End User fails to choose between the cash rebate option, the PDA
Accessory Power Option, or the PDA Accessory Package, or if End User’s choice is unclear on End User’s claim form, Toshiba
will, at its sole discretion, provide either the cash back option or one of the other promotional offers depending on
available supply. If one of the other offers is not available, the cash back option will be applied. End User may not change
End User’s choice, as indicated on the claim form once End User’s claim form is submitted to Toshiba. Toshiba products may
not be returned for refund once the rebate form has been submitted. Failure to submit any of the requested documentation
will delay or prevent rebate issuance. Toshiba also reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion at its sole
discretion and all decisions made by Toshiba are final. Toshiba is not responsible for any liabilities, taxes or expenses
