Mail-In Savings Center

Where do I send my mail-in savings request to?

A majority of the mail-in savings are directly supported by Office Depot, however some mail-in savings are supported by specific manufacturers. In order to ensure that your mail-in savings is processed as quickly as possible, check for the mailing address on the mail-in savings forms that you received at the time of your purchase.

What if I have lost my mail-in savings form?

If you have lost your form, please reference the "Search" page on this site to view and print the specific mail-in savings in question.

When can I expect to receive my mail-in savings?

If you meet all of the purchase requirements, you can expect to receive your mail-in savings in 60-90 days from the time you mailed it in. (Please note: For manufacturer's mail-in savings the timeline may vary. Please review your copy of the mail-in savings form for details.)

You can check your mail-in savings status from this site or call 1-866-541-0284.

Why do you ask for my e-mail address on the mail-in savings form?

For your convenience, we provide an option for e-mail notification. If you provide your e-mail address, we will notify you via e-mail when your mail-in savings is received and when your mail-in savings check has been shipped. Your e-mail address will not be sold to any 3rd party companies.

I purchased my mail-in savings item either online or over the phone and I did not receive a cash register receipt. Am I still eligible for the mail-in savings?

If online or telephone purchases were eligible for a mail-in savings, you can print the required mail-in savings form from the "Search" page on this website. If the item is eligible for online or telephone purchases, a copy of the packing slip or delivery confirmation would serve as your receipt. If you need an additional copy you can print this by logging in, clicking on "my orders" and then printing out the specific order.

What is a UPC code? Where is it located?

The UPC barcode is a barcode found on the box or the product packaging, not on your mail-in savings receipt. It is a row of black vertical lines. Beneath the lines there is a single digit number out to the left and a single digit number out to the right. In the middle there is a series of numbers. This barcode is also the manufacturer’s proof of purchase.
